Snowcross.com (CSRA) reserves the right to refuse, classify, revise or censor any ads for any reason in its sole discretion. Snowcross.com (CSRA) does not guarantee to post all requested ads.
No Warranty
This on-line Classified may include inaccuracies or errors. Snowcross.com (CSRA) does not, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any ads or messages in any of Snowcross.com (CSRA)'s Classifieds, nor is any kind of warranty provided, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose , or non-infringement of any third party's rights of any kind.
No Liability
Snowcross.com (CSRA) specifically disclaims all and any liability to advertisers and readers of any kind for loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, whether on the part of Snowcross.com (CSRA), its employees or agents, or any other person, due to the use of the ads or other information herein, without any recourse being available whatsoever to any advertisers or readers in the event. All users are advised to check ad and message details carefully before entering into any agreement of any kind and before disclosing personal information. If in doubt, please take legal advice.
Terms of Agreement
Snowcross.com (CSRA) reserves the right to unsubstantially change ads and messages described therein, as well as this legal disclaimer, at any time. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. The Snowcross.com (CSRA) website makes no warranty that the service will meet the user's requirements, that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
Refunds
Snowcross.com (CSRA) will not refund monies paid for classified ads unless the ad is deemed is unacceptable and removed at the discretion of Snowcross.com (CSRA). In cases where the ad is removed monies will be refunded within 30 days of the placements of the ad.
Note
Buying and selling through the Snowcross.com (CSRA) Classifieds is available only to users who can form a legally binding contract under applicable law.
